Fully premixed wall-mounted boilers are a new type of product that has emerged in recent years and has already won widespread favor. They are independent heating units that deliver thermal output and offer a wide range of functions, allowing users to set a comfortable temperature according to their needs. However, there are also several important considerations that everyone should be aware of. Below, we will provide a detailed introduction. Most people are already familiar with fully premixed wall-mounted boilers, as they boast numerous advantages and are therefore increasingly popular. When operating such equipment, however, there are many details that require attention. For instance, before use, it is essential to check whether the water pressure gauge needle on the boiler is within the specified range. This is because air can accumulate in both the heating system and the boiler itself; during operation, this air is continuously vented through the boiler’s air vent, causing the pressure to drop steadily. In addition, during winter heating, the water in the system expands when heated, leading to a rise in pressure, which then falls again as the water cools—this is a normal phenomenon. Furthermore, when using a fully premixed wall-mounted boiler, it is important to select the appropriate operating mode. Standard models typically offer two distinct modes: space heating and domestic hot water. The control panel is equipped with corresponding selection switches for each mode. In summer, the boiler can be kept in standby mode and switched to hot-water mode only when hot water is needed; in winter, both space-heating and hot-water functions are selected. It is not advisable to turn off the boiler when no one is around and then quickly heat the system upon returning from work. Some people believe this approach saves energy, but in fact it does not—it not only fails to conserve energy but may also lead to gas wastage and even the risk of freezing. Therefore, there are many issues to keep in mind when using a fully premixed wall-mounted boiler. If you were previously unaware of these points, we hope this overview will prove helpful.
