Pre-ignition inspection for gas-fired boilers: 1. The boiler, draft fan, and boiler circulation pump shall be in good working order. 2. Safety accessories (such as pressure gauges, water level gauges, and boiler safety valves) shall be complete, responsive, and reliable. 3. The hot-water tank water level shall be above two-thirds of the tank height (but below the overflow outlet), and the boiler water level shall be full. 4. Ensure the flue is unobstructed and open the draft fan damper. 5. Verify that the natural-gas supply system is functioning properly (including normal gas pressure and proper drainage from the gas–liquid separator), then open the manual gas valve and confirm there are no leaks. Gas-fired boiler ignition and startup: 1. Start the boiler draft fan and ventilate for 20 minutes. 2. Press the start button to activate the burner nozzle. Step one: blow out the furnace for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, ignition will occur automatically. Observe whether ignition is successful. If successful, run the burner at low fire for 1 minute, then automatically switch to high fire, and finally start the draft fan for normal operation. (Automatic sequence.) 3. During operation, conduct regular checks every half hour, focusing on the following key points: a) Whether the natural-gas flow rate and pressure are stable; b) Whether the motor-driven burner is operating normally and whether there is any abnormal noise from the motor; c) Whether the furnace flame is normal; d) Whether the boiler hot-water circulation pump is operating normally (perform a manual test); e) Whether the boiler pressure is within the normal range (normal pressure; adjustment range: high-pressure shutdown, low-pressure startup); f) Whether the draft fan is operating normally and whether the motor is producing any unusual sounds. 4. During normal operation, no manual intervention is required for the burner; all transitions between high and low fire will be automatically executed according to the preset settings. The burner is also equipped with manual buttons for switching to high fire and low fire, allowing manual control of heat output as needed. (Start/stop the No. 2 fire-suppression switch.) Shutting down the gas-fired boiler: 1. The furnace shall be started and stopped regularly in accordance with production requirements. 2. Press the stop button to shut down the burner, then close the pipeline gas supply valve.
