Simultaneously, the water-flow switch sends a signal to the high-pressure safety device and the gas proportional valve, causing the latter to activate. Thanks to the negative pressure in the combustion chamber, natural gas is drawn in steadily without pooling or igniting unevenly, and there is no risk of detonation—resulting in quiet, ultra-silent ignition and significantly reducing the likelihood of hazardous accidents. This design also ensures the boiler’s operational stability. Furthermore, the gas proportional valve, air-pressure switch, and flue-gas draft switch operate in interlocked fashion: only when the combustion chamber maintains a sufficient negative pressure can the gas proportional valve function. If, within five seconds, the flue-gas draft switch fails to detect proper exhaust flow, it immediately cuts off the gas supply by shutting down the gas proportional valve, thereby guaranteeing safe operation.
